hes had about 3 matches at 141 and done pretty well..davis also is too small for 141 But Im sure hed do better at 125 or 133 for both wrestlers
Davis is in a rough spot. On most other teams, he’s be “the guy”, but at Penn State he isn’t even “the guy” in his real weight class. This will probably sound strange, but he doesn’t seem happy to even be out there. I think that he’s bright enough to recognize that he’s being used by their Staff and Team this year and it is passing him off. I was that guy. I don’t blame him. In fact, I would be surprised to see him enter the Portal after this season ends.

With Luke, Desmond, Marcus and Ono plus Van Ness and hopefully Ngaou back next year, Scooter will no doubt transfer.
Desmond is a far better wrestler than Davis but when he goes out at 141 he is comically small. But he still does well.

Most impressive match of the dual was Mirasola beating Feldman. Even though Mirasola looked way more athletic and mobile.
