the date is considerably later this year and is conflicting with some schools finals week…
that is at least the cited reason for some…

beginning 8/1/2026, all D1 sports teams will be eligible to put up to 2 additional commercial sponsor patches on their uniforms, equipment, and apparel for any non-NCAA championship competition, including the regular season, and 1 additional sponsor patch during conference championships. Maximum size allowed is 4" square per logo patch. Placement restrictions tbd by the each sport’s rules & oversight subcommittees.

Great. First we entered the nascar era of ufc and now college wrestling. Hopefully the traditional schools Iowa, Penn St, etc won’t have any part of this. Edit to say it’s all college sports… doomed.

i still want to see Robideau wrestle Dake again But Dake me be up a few weights next year..Robideau is very impressive I think he could win this
