good for Raney, but, we still do not have any real clue where he stands at senior level…
chatted with max a little…
he expended a ton of energy getting that tech early only for it to be white paddled…
i think it was a bum call, but, have not gone and rewatched…
the real deal is he does not have to do much to beat richards and just get out of this tourney and get healthy…
richards can not take him down on the feet… can’t turn him… and can’t stop his gut…
he just has to be smart and not do anything silly and he will be fine…
this is no slight against richards… he is just too new to greco to be a real threat…

82kg- max’s guy Beka Melelasvili who took the US first U23 world medal last year is in the semis… my guess is long time competitor jesse porter meets in the finals…
87kg- our guy PJ last years olympian has rolled into semis… spencer woods and zach braunagel on the bottom side semis…
97kg- Rau handleing his business into the semis unchallenged… boykin and foy on the bottom side… weight is a bit weak…
130kg- coon up top unchallenged to the semis to meet freeman… freeman not a punk so hopefully that is a match… bottom side has schultz and our guy attao… attao has previously been a little outsized againt coon and schultz but hoping somehting changes and he is competitive…
not even going to try and keep up with the leg grabbing…
otto still has not even read my text from after his lost…
hopefully that means locked in with no distractions and not sitting in his shit…

forrest straight murdering nashon garrett 9-0 in the first…
gross outlasts desanto 6-3… desanto has gross leg in the air late and drives him over to the next mat while screaming as time expires…
