I think bacon, 80/20 burger, American cheese and an over easy egg on toasted butter milk bread are the perfect ingredients for a breakfast sandwich. Convince me otherwise.

Any variation of egg (over easy, scrambled, etc…), cheese, and sausage does it for me on an english muffin, biscuit, bagel, wrap, etc… I am a simple man

Not a sandwich, but a couple of 80/20 burgers covered with cheese and bacon, no bread or bun, makes a fantastic unconventional breakfast. Keeps you full for 6+ hours too.
