Took 2 or 3 years off, but I’m back. I went to check out the old stomping grounds and it was in bad shape after the sale. It was sad to see. Now it looks like it’s officially dead.

I barely remember any political stuff. I remember a lot of posturing and postulating after 9/11 happened, but there still wasn’t much of that. I remember noted fraudster Adam “Bar None” Guerra openly wanting to bomb the middle east on 9/11 before anyone knew who was actually responsible.
Most of the forum was too young to feel the impact of politics on their life back then.
Now, the average age is mid 40/50’s and up. So people feel the impact of bad leadership or decision on their life and family.

I was one of the original members on submissionfighting…And had a lot of laughs on the UG & OG…MMA HISTORYPODCAST, you should interview Robert Ferguson ‘prince of leglocks’. He was one of the first (if not the first) dudes who got a fight because of the forum (trash talking). Robert actually fought Dave Menne to a decision (Robert lost) when Menne was still in his prime.
