i bet they got another round of funding from VC/investors, hence them cleaning house for when Daddy and Mommy check in

It is going to be interesting to see what will happen to our old stomping grounds (OG/UG). Alta must have been paying out the ass to host everything before ‘the purge.’ Now, the site is completely dead and someone from Alta could host the site on a home computer with residential internet and it would work fine (when you only have 1-10 people accessing it). I hate it but I think it is going to be shutdown and deleted.
I was one of the founding members, there were about 300 at the time. It was mind blowing to discover people who were as crazy as I was. It didn’t get bad until that show on fox, after that the magic was dead, never to be resurrected. There were some powerful necromancers attempting it, so in no way was a ballerina chinaman poofter going to succeed
