when Weird Al Yankovic asked Kurt Cobain to parody āSmells Like Teen Spiritā that Kurt asked him if it would be about food, and Al said it would be about how no one could understand his lyrics. Kurt found that extremely funny, and said absolutely.

Both his parents were killed by carbon monoxide poisoning.
Al found out right before he went on stage to do a concert.
I can only assume the rumor started as a result of that tragedy.

It seems like a huge event of a concert. Like a one man lollapalooza since he not only covers 50 bands he does their whole routine. Must be exhausting.

Thats what the most impressive aspect of his show is. Not just the wardrobes and goofiness. Its that he will do 10 songs and all 10 will be different genres of music. He can go reggae, metal, hip-hop, pop, folk and of course polka in 20 minutes. Truly fantastic.
