Rumors of a car accident which is nuts but guess unconfirmed but seems to be that staph is the culprit.
Wtf, staph infection can get that serious?

Staph can be a nightmare. Death or amputation aren’t uncommon.

Rare for staph to cause pneumonia. I wonder if it is from something else like covid? Hard to say.
Pneumonia at his age, plus a former elite athlete, unless he had an immune system issue, shouldn’t be even close to fatal.
Staph must be really bad
Came here to touch on this. I caught it from the mats in 05 and spent some time in & out of the hospital draining them, even was admitted for a stay at least once. Had some holes that looked like that pic of Kevin’s, but not as nasty.
At the time they claimed it’d end up killing more people than AIDS, as there were only 2 or 3 antibiotics that could possibly neutralize it.
A lot more young healthy people died of covid pneumonia than people here will admit. I almost died and I know 2 guys under 50 that did die. It’s not super common but it happens.
Hopefully Ben can pull through like Leben did
