Bo was throwing huge overhands with the intent of finishing the fight. Absolutely nothing wrong with his performance.

Hard to say anything about Nickal, he is wrestler with over hand right? He is lucky ufc lacks anything with striking capability. You spam same over hand in boxing you getting countered hard, or do that against Poatan

He did get popped on e or twice though.
He, to me, did not look like he took it well. Saw him once immediately back up. Paul could and should have pushed.
There was another punch that seemed to stop bo cold. So that showed me some future opportunity for some.
He won, but should not have said much after.
When the hype train is that big, well, bo is an adult. He should diffuse it if he wants to be low key. He doesnât, so letâs see how next fight goes.

Bo lost me as a hopeful fan with this fight. Terrible fight IQ. When he gets swarmed he looks away and just hopes he doesnt get tagged as he retreats.

Bo did the right thing. Paul Craig has the most dangerous guard in the UFC. No need to play with fire if you can win a standup sparring session.
Anyone else in the top 20 he shouldnât worry too much about taking down.
The question is can he take them down. The threat of the takedown will help in the standup.
Bo is early in his career and is a wrestler, his striking looked fine all things considered. He will undoubtedly get better.

That was my thought. After this everyone will say heâs great again because he will likely dominate with takedowns. This one opponent is the guy he didnât want to take down.

Thatâs just not how a killer thinks though. Bo is not & will not be a killer in MMA. He may end with a decent record but no one will fear him or rewatch his highlights.
