Boxing fans, what's your opinion of this HW prospect

I am sold based of this clip alone

The guy is naturally massive and has ridiculous power. He also moves very light on his feet. He’s gotta be 265+lbs

I doubt he could accomplish that on a cold rainy night in Stoke!

From that vid alone I can tell that he never will surpass prospectdom

He’s a KO waiting to happen. Then again there aren’t that many skilled heavyweights anymore so he could make some noise.

In lower east side Kinshasa, that’s it

This.

Look what Francis did to Tyson Fury. HW needs all it can get. I’d actually love to see Ngannou box him

Hes a top 10 level HW already, probably top 5 in terms of ability. He would be a serious problem for anyone. He’d have a good shot at beating Fury, AJ and Wilder at this point.

I’d love Zhang/Bakole to happen. Two absolute monsters. About as violent a match up as you could make at HW right now.

Appreciate the input! I’m super excited and am going to be betting on this guy until I lose. I’m gonna start going with my gut more often

He’s getting knocked out the first time he fights someone with a pulse if he keeps his chin out there like in this clip

Not sold, based on his footwork and how he generates his punches.

Looked pretty good to me…

He sort of has a Tyson Fury body, but shorter and more compact/powerful

Moses Itauma is the one to watch at HW

Anderson was way too green to take on Bakole at that point. So it was as much about Anderson’s lack of experience as it was about Bakole’s power. But as Smokestack said, Moses Itauma. He is 19 and could be champion before he is 21.

He does appear to have a lot of power - some of his most effective punches in that clip were arm punches, or close to it.

That said, he got hit a lot, which is no good at heavyweight. I don’t think I saw enough movement to say he’s light on his feet. That doesn’t mean he isn’t, but he does need to move more (head as well as feet).

He’ll probably get somewhere just with power and a good chin, but they won’t be enough against some people, even now. Based on that clip alone, I’m not sold. But I’ll keep an eye out, nonetheless, so thank you for sharing it.

HW boxing turned to shit once blacks started getting paid to more by the nba and nfl

It’s hard to tell with guys that size. The thing is, you can make it pretty far with not much skill on size alone. We won’t know how a guy like that is until he starts fighting better competition.

The guy he lost to has only 1 loss, and that was to Usyk…and that fight was in 2017…
