1 tranny burried in the background of side missions. That might make it the game with the least amount of trannies in the last 5 years.

Considering the setting and themes of the game (sci-fi futuristic body modification and rampant sexual degeneracy) - the fact there’s only 1 hidden transformer is probably the biggest achievement by any videogame studio since it came out.
