Former sumo wrestler and RIZIN heavyweight Takakenshin has been arrested in Japan on suspicion of assault. But what happens next, and what is life really like inside a Japanese jail?

Enson Inoue shares his firsthand experience of being arrested and detained in Japan, revealing the harsh realities of the Japanese justice system, the impact on a fighter’s career and the stigma that follows an arrest.

We also discuss Takakenshin’s relationship with RIZIN, his twin brother Sudario reaction, and why Japan treats public figures differently when they find themselves in trouble with the law.
