And again another person with decent money opening a business that was already hard to make profit on, but now even worse. Add in an owner who knows nothing about the restaurant biz. I would be surprised if it makes it 2 years. Why anyone would want to open a damn restaurant is wild too me. It’s about the lowest of profit margins you can ask for unless it’s a well established high end place. Even then it’s a fixing nightmare to handle. ---
