Forrest is a tad off. I read his book 15 yrs ago, and I thought this guy is fucking nuts. It’s been a long time but there’s a chapter where he never left his apartment and watched the same movie all day, everyday. It got to the point he was having conversations with the movie characters. I’m paraphrasing because it’s been so long. I think he almost shot his wife too thinking someone was breaking in.

Almost felt like the ufc sent him there to run cover after Bryce and he was just too stupid to credibly pull it off. Whole thing is weird and cringey. But if anyone has spent any time training with fighters you already know that it’s 50/50. Half are great guys and half are insufferable dipshits.
