Prior to getting into Electronic music I was as a kid a GnR Metallica fan. Occasionally i hear guitar music that moves me as I was when i was young.

And honorable mention for, and recently discovered by me, Simon McBride, who is the guitar player for Deep Purple now, but is incredibly talented. I saw Deep Purple last week with Yes (classic Yes, not 90125 era Yes), and McBride had a solo where he played by himself for a few minutes and it blew me away.

From the time he walked onto the stage until the time he threw that guitar in the air and walked off, Prince was the coolest motherfucker on the planet.
Watching Dani Harrison’s facial reactions and the little smirks Prince himself makes are priceless.

When I could still play (poorly), I wanted to play like Pat O’Brien when I grew up.
Somewhat recently turned out to be a pretty interesting guy with great taste in guns too lol.
