i have no idea..i saw it on my youtube recommendation for some odd reason. thought it would be funny to share and discuss… I for one know a few people that talk like this, in addition to the nasally nerdy guy version that can’t breathe out of their nose.

Oh Man , I have a neighbor i cant fucking stand , her NY Jewish Accent , High pitched voice is So obnoxious i want to puke. She has a Dorktard husband who has the personality of paint drying and they have to listen to themselves daily. Glad they found each other but i would Kill Myself First .
