Is Navy Fed the best on a 30 year conventional mortgage?

I know there are complaints that they are slow on closing but they seem to have the lowest rates right now on a 30 year fixed conventional, and no PMI.

Going to look at a house today and am not totally sure who the best to go through is these days.

Not VA. Just conventional 30 year. Doubt I’ll
Be able to get somewhere I’ll live forever in this market. I want something on more land so I can build at last a 40x40 out back, but that’s not gonna happen around here until things calm down. I do need more garage space as it is and am tired of renting.

I’m not military, so no I would not, not that I’m aware of lol

Pretty much all family is now eligible to join at navy federal

Absolutely use your VA loan to buy a house. That’s a no brainer. The shitty mortgage people will try to talk to out of it. Stop them in their tracks with that. Don’t even hear them out.

I’m at navy fed but can’t get VA

I can’t get VA.
