Islam says his next fight is in August

34-year-old Russian Islam Makhachev, the current UFC welterweight champion (77 kg), announced the date of his next fight in the North American organization.

“I know my next fight will be in August. I’m not 100% sure about my opponent yet. I’m already in pretty good shape,” Makhachev said in an interview with journalist Vyacheslav Abdusalamov on his YouTube channel.
