I feel like there is an impending split or something going on there.
First of all it’s not good when the most visible guy associated with the gym isn’t there but makes major decisions like that. I’ve personally seen shit where someone who is an owner isn’t around anymore because their life changes and they don’t train but they still wat to have the final say in who gets kicked and who doesn’t when shit like that happens.
Craig and Seth kicked Jay.
But if you look at the post that Jay’s ex made and tagged Craig and B Team in, not one of the B Team competitors or coaches has liked it, including the female purple from there I follow. But all of the competitors and coaches liked Jay’s apology post including females from there. And not one of the people I know from B Team follow that girl.
Plus all this shit happened 6 months ago or more and now Craig and Seth are kicking Jay out just because someone (I’m guessing Jay’s ex.) So what it looks to me like is that she ran to Nicky trying to get him booted and he told her to fuck off, so she went to Craig who was running around the world doing coke and making Instagram content and he made the decision with Seth to formally boot him. I suspect the rest of the gym might not be on board with that.
To be honest if I were Nicky Rod I wouldn’t be super happy about the fact that he and Nicky Ryan are teaching all the classes and doing all the day to day stuff while Craig is AWOL and using the brand to sell CJI tickets.
I like Craig, he was a good training partner. But it’s a weird thing to not be around the gym and making decisions on issues like that, especially when it’s big public shit. The fact that everyone who is actually there everyday and knows Jay and the girl both all seeming to be supporting Jay seems to paint a picture that she is the problem.

I find it very telling that not one of the people including girls I know from there even follows this girl and none of them liked this post that the B Team official page is tagged in. But all of them liked Jay Rod’s posts and kept training there with him long after she left.
This all now smells to me like this girl is a known nutty bitch and they all hate her but she texted craig while he was doing blow in Columbia and threatened to make it a big news story if they didn’t kick him out and he and Seth made the decision despite the fact that they aren’t the ones there every day teaching classes and holding the gym together.
Having an absentee owner randomly inserting himself in making decisions on things that happened when he wasn’t there is a recipe for disaster in my personal experience. It’s a good way to make people hate teaching at your gym and making you money while you aren’t around. C team might be coming soon…
