Jones Announces He has Re-Entered UFC Testing Pool

You do know Overeem beat the shit out of Jones in training.
Huge cut above his eye and a knee injury.

That’s irrelevant: this is a sport, in which groin shots are illegal.

Though I trained for years, I never fought in MMA (vale tudo back then), only in kickboxing, but in a cage my best skills would probably be my mobility and boxing in the pocket (mostly because I’m a shortarse).

In a fight in a car park my best skill is running - and I’m shit at running.

Here’s thing, Overeem trains too hard in Practice, and that’s well known.

Woensdag gehaktdag at Glory, 100%, which means fight training.

Silva had 3 LHW Fights prior to the DC fight.

Merked the Sandman James Irvin on a Spike card
The Forrest PPV against the ā€œFormer LHW Championā€
Beat Bonnar between the Chael re-match and Weidman title defense. Last win of his undefeated UFC run.

Also the DC fight was a late agreement fight to save the card and after his knee injury. Very impressive by Silva.

Can’t wait to see the articles comparing Jones fighting at the White House to slaves being made to fight to the death.

Jones is a drug cheater and I would never trust him being clean in any fight. That is why he gets no votes from me on any p4p or greatest this or that.

I’m surprised the UFC hasn’t reinstated him as the HW champ.

It makes perfect sense.

I truly hope Aspinall makes it as difficult as possible for Jones to fight him. Fuck him around for 18 months until he retires again

fuck off taking the piss out of our fingers. that pinkie with the tea is genetic. we look classy when we drink our tea; you do not. deal with it.

That criminal won’t touch the white house lawn.

Jon Jones suggests retirement was a ā€˜business move’

Fan reaction to Jones’ return was a mixed bag, with plenty of fight fans scrutinizing the former champion for avoiding his British interim challenger. Aspinall rightfully has the belt now, and for two weeks, it felt as though the heavyweight division was going to move forward.

Now, ā€˜Bones’ is alluding to some sort of master plan, as though his retirement was strategic rather than convenient. Returning to the cage wouldn’t just divert attention away from the criminal allegations; it could be for all the eggs on the White House lawn.
