It sounds like he was betrayed by those closest to him. Heās an all time great and they apparently stole all his earnings he invested back into the family and have him living like a helpless child beneath them. From what Iāve seen online he sounds completely normal outside of this. People should support him instead of tearing him down further. Heās obviously in a bad place, and there probably really is something nefarious going on around him, CTE or not. Dude needs help, but not the type of help the system is ever going to provide him.

Does anyone know the truth of what actually went down? I donāt, but Iām sure weāre all curious as to what really happened and whoās side of the story is more accurate.
Did his family really took advantage of him financially or is he just bonkers? Guess weāll find out at the trial!

The legal standard is that he can assist in his defense. So, if he says he didnāt do it he is competant. Thatās a bit of a simplification but that the basics.

Thanks, guys. Good info. Looks like he wasnāt completely passed the point of no return as far as the drugs go. He lost everything. That is his situation and he doesnāt seem to want to accept that. Maybe they did take it. Not like his drug fueled mind is explaining it but may have been their plan all along. Regardless, theyāve won the battle. He should accept that, do his time and regroup his life. Heās still sitting on a wealth of knowledge in his brain and can make a new life for himself.
Heās clearly in need of a lot of help that he isnāt getting. Sad to see a guy that put so much on the line for our entertainment end up like this.

Fuck it, to add on to what I said earlier, cleared to stand trial means cleared to fight, letās get MVP to book Rousey vs Penn, battle for the CTE belt.
All joking aside I do believe BJ has cte, rousey on the other handā¦.
