Kettlebells

What’s gonna work is lifting weights consistently for 5+ years and continuing to do so for the rest of your life. It’s not so much about all the intricacies, doing kettlebells vs weights, yoga, Pilates or knees over toes. Just doing a simple bro split or push, pull, legs is gonna be more beneficial than dicking around with a bunch of different fitness fads.

Reverse hypers have changed my life. Herniated my l4/l5 and l5/s1 disks at the end of feb. Spent a month i. The worst pain in my life all day until workmans comp finally oked mri and injections. My othro doc was pretty certain i was going to need surgery but injections were the first step. The injections gave me the relief and mobility to start physical therapy. I added reverse hypers on my own intially starting kist doing body weight on my bench. I ended up gettig the westside barbell machine from rogue and use it everyday. I have more mobility in my hamstrings and low back than i did before my injury.
