Earlier, the Federal Tax Service (FTS) seized Khabib Nurmagomedov’s accounts due to non-payment of taxes, penalties and fines. As the Telegram channel Mash reported, Khabib had a total tax debt of 302 million rubles. In addition, the tax service closed several of the athlete’s companies, including Hikmet Travel LLC, which is engaged in tourism activities. The reason was false information in official papers. Bailiffs also seized the fighter’s property worth 79 million rubles.
“Khabib Nurmagomedov has paid off all his debts to the Russian tax service. The fighter has paid all 302 million rubles,” the SHOT Telegram channel reports.

According to khabib they asked him at check in and were fine with him sitting there.
That’s more of a pre-screening. The flight attendants make the decision.
They’re the ones who might need help from the person sitting in that seat in an emergency.
Every flight the flight attendants ask the people in that row those questions and if someone doesnt confirm they get moved to another seat or inbthis case if you are being a dick removed. Its part of preflight.
