Frank has had all sorts of health issues over the past couple years. Think he just got his neck fused last year after experiencing no feeling in his legs. Probably just from decades of wear and tear.

Mir, to me, is one of the biggest examples of wasted talent in MMA… Yea, he had a winning record and yea, he beat some big names, but he also lost a lot and to a lot of guys he should have beaten.

Didn’t Bas essentially say the same thing… That Mir was one of the most talented fighters he ever worked with but was kinda lazy when it came to training???

She’s also featured in this 3 part documentary series about the first year of women’s wrestling at Iowa. Currently she’s ranked number 2, can’t beat the girl from Iowa (Mir transferred) who is number 1.

She’s an MMA 7.5 if she makes herself up. She has the pedigree. I say she has a shot at making the shitty WMMA. I hope she doesn’t have her dads attitude

She’s a very intense chick from what I saw in the Iowa wrestling documentary and shockingly she’s a Disney adult with a fuck ton of stuffed animals, ears etc etc.

Lol. Exactly this.

I was a training partner of his for a long time. He NEVER wanted to do the drills. He’d just talk to me the whole time and nobody would yell at us.

Frank is great. Always super chill. Calm, technical sparring. Very controlled.

We’re Heavyweights, so we weren’t trying to kill each other in a Tuesday morning class.
