Short King is trying to get any response he can. Any attention from Joe good or bad elevates his visibility. Even if Joe accepted and beat his ass and broke his arm, Short King gets attention and content. Best thing Joe can do is ignore him and let him be thirsty. Short king is hurting himself at this point.
