Oh man I wish I was paying attention or had known.
Would have tried to mix in a little compliment for John Donahue.
He would have no idea or not remember but he was really cool to myself and a group of friends asking him for advice, training etc many many years ago.
He told us a brief version of his story about traveling around and how he ended up training in California.
