Tucson, AZ restaurant Lindy’s on 4th used to have a VERY OG menu, but have now toned it done. https://www.lo4th.com/
I may have a photo of their old menu saved somewhere, I’ll have to look… Their old “Dirty Sanchez” burger is now just a “Sanchez”.
I swear to Got that I was there around 2014, and a couple came in there. The husband was ordering for both of them, and I heard him tell the waitress, “My wife would like a Dirty Sanchez…” I thought I was going to piss my pants.
I made a post about it, and somebody replied that it was their friend’s restaurant, and they did indeed help with the menu names, and the OG inspired them.
So Lindy’s should be included, IMHO. Also, late forum member Gus “JudoMo” owned “The Weiner and Still Champion” restaurant just north of Chicago. He treated me and my family to a complimentary feast when we were up that way. I can’t be the only OG’er who visited his restaurant and got treated like that.

There’s a liquor store chain in Missouri called Dirt Cheap. They had the best catch phrase. The old man that owned it always finished every ad with “and remember the more she drinks the better you look”
Unfortunately his daughter inherited it and changed it to “and remember stay safe out there”
