Nah, I was running into this deck in Explorer. Multiple copies of “Hidden Strings” …

Do you have access to his deck recipe?

Not yet, but I’m going to try to find it. I’ll post it as soon as I find a build.

Found it… This build doesn’t include Arclight Phoenix, but otherwise this was what I faced:

Thank you! I’ll dig into that!

Another salty-assed bitch. I had my win-con in place, so he stopped playing. I really wish that MTG Arena put the effort into tracking this kind of thing, so that players who do that shit get suspended or banned.

Of course, I realize that shit happens. I’ve been guilty of it on a few occasions when my attention gets drawn away and I simply don’t get the chance to concede the match. There are also times when the game gets disconnected. But the frequency with which people do this shit indicates that it’s habitual and there should be warnings, suspensions, and bans.

I hear you. I’d say, 75% of my wind the loser quits before the last turn. Then entirely too many of those get sand in their vag and stall the rest of the game.

I am also discouraged by just how many infinite combos there are now. It seems silly to trend toward that being the best (only) competitive strategy.

I really dislike the propensity of board-wipes. There used to be only a few. Wrath of God, Armageddon, etc. But now there are board-wipes for every occasion.

I also hate cards that break the rule of 4. Rat Colony, Hare Apparent, Dragon’s Approach… such fucking bullshit.

So I’m not as experienced as others on this thread but this is the first time I experienced this card:

What a bullshit card this is. Dude had like two goblins out when he played this and then just sat back and spammed that fucker cause all it takes is tapping that card and his goblins increased exponentially.

Fucking bullshit.

Reminds me of the faggots that used to spam “Sonic Booms” with Guile back in the arcade days LOL.

It’s bullshit like this why I make removal spells a significant component of almost any deck I build. It’s hard though… most of my decks have answers for shit, but these decks start popping off fast as hell before I’ve gotten removal from my library, or it pops off so fast it outpaces my removal.

These things start popping off, I just concede.

I love that card already! That is absolutely up my alley!

Imagine that with doubling season or intruder alarm.

I’m so fully erect I won’t be able to sleep on my stomach for a week.

Hell, with a couple different cards, that card there wouldn’t have to use combat damage for anything at all.

So, I found the card in a deck in the Jump In event and have been playing it since I bitched about it.

It definitely feels cheap to spam this fucker but god damn is it funny to bumrush someone with like 40 goblins LOL

Yeah. Higher tier goblin decks always have the means to give them all haste. That and multipliers, make Krenko extra boosheet.

As I mentioned, they need haste to be competitive. Do that for maximum sexy.

lol. A lot of the asshole cards feel completely different when you use them. I personally don’t use what I deem bullshit combos (infinite combos or “If , you win”) because I don’t think they’re fun. I do however have multiple decks that I made just to piss people off that use irritatingly common decks.

Seems like Goblin Negotiation mixed with that mob boss card is a nice combo.

Targeted a 1/1 creature with about 7 extra and then tapped the mob boss. Dude conceded right after and I LOLd.

Shit, the only problem with the mob boss card is when people realize all you gotta do is tap him and it cost you nothing to build a goblin army they concede.
