I hate to see Alex lose. Gane looked great though. Alex looked a bit hesitant from halfway through the first round on. I think he felt Gane was slick and powerful.

Iām not certain about this outcome. He could take him down and win.
He also did better on the feet than people give him credit and I believe thereās a reason Gane had to eye poke him not once but twice.
Targeted shots to the back of the head are easy to stop by the ref when the action is slow, but the ref is rarely going to stop it in a potential fight finishing flurry.
IMO, the entire strikes to the back of the head is a stupid rule in a sport that allows grappling and ground strikes tothe head.

I think Pereira went way too heavy. Looked slow. He should be no heavier than 235.

Cyril is a such a terrible match up for all the heavyweights . And I donāt know if Alex was passive due to fear or weight but thereās been a few times heās looked checked out in cage
