It certainly was to me, I fell asleep. Missed all the way from before the big fat boys match.
How did Volk look?
Decent good counters mixed up a few take downs but Diego needing to engage a lot more and instead it was just more of the first fight.
He looked good. Didnât look old or slowed down at all. I will say he didnât throw as much this time but I think it was part of the game plan. The first time he was aggressive and this time I think he was kind of sitting back waiting to counter more. And it did work. He said he wanted to wrestle more.
This card was trash.
Man I have to say I love paramount plus so far. For real. I donât know if you guys have been checking it out. But they have highlights up the night of the fight for each fight. Post fight was good. And man. How did it take 20 years to start the events at 6. Watched the post fight cleaned up and was heading home at 9:45 west coast.
So far this is going amazing.
Paid $115 for a year and am stoked.
Yeah, I was expecting Lopes to stand and wang more. I couldnât believe that he didnât pressure the shit out of Volk after the knockdown.
