I think he pretty clearly tried to pull guard after the knee. He was holding the arm on his side either going to roll through or attempt a sweep. He was very clearly still working

It was an early stoppage but it would have ended in a similar fashion had the fight gone longer.. Hooper was simply outmatched

Listening to to his podcast for almost 10 years now, has made him grow on me. I used to think he’s just some espn talking head type, but he really is a knowledgeable fan of the sport. I absolutely fucking hated him when he started, and his oversized suit. It would fucking infuriate me when he’d interview winners in the octagon, that barely speak English, and he’s more interested in showing off his big broadcaster vocabulary than asking an intelligible question they’re capable of understanding.
