I’m in the UK, so this is one of the few events I can easily watch live, but I didnt bother.
Nothing stood out that made me want to watch apart from the main event, and I thought even that had the potential to not be a great fight.
I just watched the main event and looked up the results for the other fights and it looks like I made the right decision. Just another case of the UFC no longer being a must watch.
UFC matching making sucks.. the fight made no sense.. not an intriguing matchup.. not a title elimination matchup.. just piss poor, lazy matchmaking
It’s too deluded for any of their events to be “must watch.” Those days ended when the single-day tournament events died with UFC 17…I think?
Like all things, it’s evolved, and like a lot of things, if they want to make it better, they have to move backward to their roots.
I still enjoyed it, and I was introduced to some up-and-coming fighters I hope can add some excitement to their divisions.
OK…yeah but to be honest, it really looked like they served up the white boy for a beating, and Venom just flat out couldn’t do it.
