I still say this fight was âhurtâ by not having Joe Rogan commentating. You just know he would have exploded⌠in more ways than one. Gus JohnsonâŚ.. well, not on the same level in conveying the excitement at hand.
Diaz bros had some bangers in their hey day
I say shogun vs hendo 1, but Iâm biased since I got to see from about 10 rows away
Did you lose your mind!?

KING of VIOLENCE
Jamie Varner vs Joe Lauzon is an underrated fight from hell
Not quite but it was loud as hell in there for what seemed like the entire fight
Varner was a Beast
That Trujillo fight was just insane.
A WAR.
Varner always made it a war, he couldnât help it.
Is that the fight Lauzon was bleeding like a stuck pig?
That was a crazy violent fight, I loved it
Trujillo was a fucking beast! Was always entertaining
But got done for some sexual stuff with a minor so fuck him
I know âonlyâ boxing but these guys genuinely tried to kill each other. Many consider the 1st round the greatest round of boxing ever.
Maybe not the greatest but perhaps the definitive introduction of Muay Thai to the kickboxing scene.
Under Pride rules Wanderlei would probably have won this fight with a knee or shin to Chuckâs face at 7.57 of the video.
Fuck the pussified unified rules IMHO MMA would have been the second biggest sport in the world years a go if it had Pride rules.
Imagine Boxing if you were not allowed to throw uppercuts or body shots. It wouldnât have been a fraction as popular as it is today.
suddenly i am wondering when the first eye poke happened in the ufc (that effected the fight)
earliest i can think of is vernon white got either as finger or a knuckle to the eyeball ve chuck, but that cant be the first
