Good stuff, has anyone laid out a plan to re-create the forum structure in terms of UG, OG, Pro Wrestling Ground, Political Ground etc.?
Would be cool to see at least FG/MMG (Fight Ground, MMA Ground), then have the OnlyGround separate. Simple moderation we all remember would keep things tight I think.

You’ve done a great job on this forum, Onikage. But, I’m not a fan of making forums private. The activity seems to really decline. I would hate to see this forum dwindle down to nothing.

how are you going to do SEO if the threads are not public? I think it is a bad idea and generally better if you make the threads public
This is all I care about:
Word of mouth and curiosity. We had many sign ups and our biggest daily activity spike after the shields went up yesterday.
I’m also more concerned with preserving the privacy of existing members than I am packing the forum full of former redditors.

Like a few others here, strongly disagree with locking guest viewers out.
Forums that do that die a long slow death. Hard enough to get interested people to sign up in the social media age.

I’m not married to the idea, but I think it will be best. Sign ups are still going strong.
I prefer privacy and exclusivity. Kinda like fight club…
