I don’t remember that but either way I don’t buy it. Even if he did, a lot of other fighters did/do too. So in that case we should say he was fighting other juiced fighters and still beat them.
Werdum was in his prime seeing as he was literally the champion and putting on the best performances of his career.
Everyone else was still good enough to be the #1 contender. That’s not what washed up is. Washed up is present day Tony Ferguson.
But your quote was that Cain had a much tougher division to deal with. DC and Werdum alone dispel that.

Fighters were doing EPO because it was hard to test for. I believe Chael did it and never actually got caught.
