I still remember when they had a senior tournament and they basically paid DuPonts opponents off to let him win . I’m not sure if DuPont ever realized that though or if he would have cared either way

It is a little disheartening but understandable that the mid and low level MMA guys are bringing more eyes and viewers to see Olympic and world champion wrestlers that otherwise would not be known.

Wow would not have thought this late in the game / post fighting Ferguson is a bigger draw than Olympic and world champion wrestlers.
RAF’s data scientists must have the data.
Hopefully more can be done to bring more eyes to wrestling but at this point it seems to be an uphill battle that retired average MMA fighters are the main draw.
