Would Raj get tested by the other inmates if he did a year in county? Would he be in gen pop?

Good thing his pops still has all those millions to help get him out and grease a few palms…. Oh wait.

I only believe he was arrested because one of the federal agencies (can’t remember which one) said they were going to take the case away from local cops. All of a sudden they make the announcement that they are investigating and the delay was due to not knowing what to charge him with. Keep in mind in other cities wrestlers have gone off script, assaulted their coworkers and were immediately arrested at the venue.

But it’llbe next to nothing that happens to him

It takes a while.

I mentioned this in the other thread.

That took a long time

Is CA a 10% state? Because, that is a joke of a bond. That most likely means he is getting a simple assault charge. If he busts it down to a misdemeanor, he will learn nothing.

uneducated guess: felony gets dropped to misdemeanor
$800 fine

It makes me think they were getting a case ready to go quickly since everything was on video. It’s extremely rare where an entire crime is recorded from conception to execution, so they probably wanted to make sure they didn’t fuck anything up. There’s probably already a plea deal that has been discussed between DA and his counsel. The hearing has basically already taken place and everything at this point is just legal formality IMO.

Uneducated guess: 6 months less a day, will serve time.
After that, civil lawsuit
