i think what we can all agree on is that it is good that “fans” of MMA are finally getting some exposure to the oldest and most effective martial art that saved MMA…

Vladmir was a world champ in 2015 and olympic gold in 2016 at 57kg but results tapered off after that and hasn’t competed internationally since 2021…
bassett hasn’t seen 125lbs since he was a U17…
obviously bassett should be favored heavily being half his age much bigger frame and wrestling competitively right now…
but, i am definitely interested in watching the match…
