I like both figjter but I think rdr wins
The pico fight is off now right? That’s a huge blow to this card
Rainier is a lock. He is a giant 185er and Whittaker is older and smaller …the line will change and RDR will be the favorite on fight night
Always a fan of the 3 pm Saturday start time cards on the east coast. Damn shame when UFC went with ESPN they did not put their “PPV” events on ABC. Not sure how it would work financially though it seems that would be prime advertising and could attract more viewers than the PPV model does these days.
Rdr is an underdog. Ill lay money on him to win by sub.
ill be rooting for him Sounds like a good dude
Shara bullet vs no-name. He should be in main events already
UFC on ABC 9 fight week continues. This coming Saturday afternoon (USA time), Dana White’s promotion touches down in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates for the second edition of UFC Fight Night on the ABC Television Network in as many months.
Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi serves as the setting for an MMA matinee if you’re watching in North America this weekend. Action kicks off from the UAE with the prelims beginning at 12 noon ET/ 9 am PT on ESPN (linear television) and ESPN+ (streaming media.)
The main card, our focus here today, kicks off at just past 3 pm ET/ noon PT. As the title of the card suggests, the back-end of UFC on ABC 9 is available via your local ABC station. If there are no changes to the schedule ahead of showtime on Saturday night in Abu Dhabi, this show will feature 12 MMA bouts from the No. 1 promotion in the world.
As with all UFC main events, Saturday’s headliner at UFC on ABC 9 is an advertised maximum of five rounds at five minutes per round to close out the night’s activities. Whittaker will be making his 24th walk to the fabled Octagon this weekend having posted a record of 3-2 in his last five fights.
Most recently, he was on the losing end of a face crank submission from Khamzat Chimaev (14-0 MMA, 8-0 UFC) last October during UFC 308 from the selfsame Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi. Earlier this week, Whittaker was a guest of The Ariel Helwani Show, where he said that he’s eyeing one final shot at the UFC Middleweight Championship before permanently hanging up his gloves.
“Realistically, I only want to fight for a couple more years,” he told Helwani. “There’s other things I want to do still. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I understand it is my last big push, the last sprint, the last 100 meters of the race.”

He didn’t look so great last time I saw him fight. Getting schooled by MVP isn’t really a good look.
MVP makes many people look bad in the feet though.. he’s a very hard guy to strike with
Shara bullet should’ve been able to switch his gameplan. Dude isn’t a main event fighter.
Get used to it…Las Vegas is dead
MVP is 38
Bullet got exposed…and i love MVP
