I have shitty ATT DSL that cuts out almost fucking daily and is slower than shit and the mom and pop cable company in my area is a nightmare to deal with. Anyone have any experience with Starlink?
I cook for hunting outfitters from fall through winter and run my service only for those months. I also own and operate 2 businesses and have never ran into a single issue. So, in my downtime, I can work on bids, download and upload, check emails, stream, etc…. Best part? I give the hunters my log in info while they are in camp and rake in extra tips (no homo)!
Haven’t pulled the trigger yet, but thinking about using it full time at home as well.
I used it before, when I was staying in Moab. I was in the middle of fucking nowhere so I think that’s the only way they could even have internet. Seemed like it worked pretty well.
Hosting my mother in laws b~day party this weekend. I will have the Weber charcoal, the nexgrill, the fire disk and the Blackstone working full time. lol, even a dutch oven with my award winning, world famous, 3~bean, 2~meat cowboy chili working.
My friend had it and it’s pretty slow by modern standards. he sent me a screen shot showing under 100 download speed, I sent one of just under 1000, and I pay less.
If you’re in the middle of nowhere, it’s LIGHT YEARS beyond the old satellite bullshit from back in the day.
