A guy at my old gym rented out a kitchen that was part of the building and turned it into a Hawaiian grill. You could get nearly a pound of Huli Huli chicken on a plate of rice and mac salad for $5. Wish that place was still around. It was so nice to pig out on chicken while I watched fit people break a sweat. He ended up selling the business and now they have 5 or 6 locations but less chicken for over twice the price.
As far as effectiveness goes, everyone there was juiced from head to toe so who knows?

Why would that be understandable? There’s no generic reason that should ever happen.
Look at photos from the 70s to early 80s. Everyone was skinny. Even the fat guys on tv that everyone made fun of were in shape by today’s standards. Everyone smoked, literally didn’t exercise at all and ate whatever they wanted. Guys now are killing themselves trying to eat paleo/carnivore and exercising hours a day and still aren’t as thin as guys back then.
