I feel like that was part of the fun. Every pill type was a different formula, and you never knew what you were getting into until you tried one. Then you find an awesome one and try to hunt down more of those. We always used the terms “speedy” and “smacky” to describe the ones that were more uppers or downers. I’m a “smacky” guy myself.
Edit: forgot scumbags cut everything with fentanyl and other synthetic opiates nowadays.
