I made a similar thread on the old og. I rarely dislike people but I’ve never seen someone toot their own horn more than Tim.
In one of his first episodes on the jre he mentioned he was allowed to do things that almost all other soldiers cant.He got all these special privileges(according to him) because he is friends with Joe and fought in the ufc. The hitler thing is goofy but most likely came at the podcast of rogans.
The dude is a seriously skilled revisionist.

Now I’m remembering that Tim doesn’t believe he created the “glove gate” during the Yoel fight. I have to look again but didn’t he keep grabbing yoels glove the round before the stool gate
That whole fight and the aftermath were legendary.

I always liked Tim in strikeforce, he had some wars back then. His military talk is too much for me but I liked him as a fighter and both him and Yoel were on the gear in that fight but let’s be real yoel was way jacked up, test failure or not.
Side note, how the hell did Yoel win 27 million (reduced to 12) for the tainted supplement lawsuit? It said lost wages but was he getting paid for everyone?

It’s all spelled out in the article. He was awarded $9.4 million for lost income, the rest was for the other stuff.

9 million for 6 months? So for 2 fights he was due 9 million? Do you really think he was making 4.5 million per fight? Everything seems inflated by double if not more.
I’m guessing he had other sources of income that went away when he popped positive. Sponsors or whatever. With sponsors it’s possible that he got dropped entirely because they didn’t want to associate with a “cheater”. Maybe he had a contract and testing positive breeched the contract. That would be easy to show income loss on that.
My understanding is that when you claim loss of income you have to have a pretty good accounting of actual income that you lost.

His income from fight purses was probably minor compared to other sources.
