Wow. It didn’t look like the fighters were putting much behind their punches, but they were standing toe to toe & exchanging at a decent pace. I’ve seen much worse fights than that that should have been stopped by the commissions.

Janibek Alimkhanuly and Erislandy Lara have agreed to a middleweight title unification Dec 6th in San Antonio, sources told The Ring’s Mike Coppinger.
Alimkhanuly will put his IBF and WBO titles on the line while Lara will risk his WBA belt. The 160lbs title bout will take place on the undercard of Isaac Cruz vs Lamont Roach.

Yeah, it’s a tough match-up stylistically. Janibek has never faced anyone like Lara.
But I’ve got to go with Janibek’s superior size, power & youth.

Sofia Gatti is speaking out after her brother, Arturo Gatti Jr., was found dead in Mexico under circumstances eerily similar to those of their father, Arturo “Thunder” Gatti Sr.
Sofia claims Arturo Jr. was cut out of his inheritance just weeks before his death and is now leading the fight for an independent investigation.
