Tuesday’s Frank Sanchez-Richard Torrez IBF final heavyweight eliminator purse bid was ppd as they are close to a deal, per sources. If the fight gets done, it likely will take place Feb. 21 on the Barrios-Garcia PBC PPV or on the rescheduled Fundora-Thurman PBC PPV in March. boxing
