And the subscription options don’t detail what subscription level can fully access it.

I can’t find the subscribe options anymore, where did they go?
Hit the “latest” tab on the main screen, a drop down menu will show up, and select subscribe.
Took me a while to find it too.

The options listed do not tell us how to access the Training Ground.
Oh, I thought he wanted the subscription option. Looks like they just changed the forum display last night. Now it’s a drop down menu where it says Otherground above the listing of threads.
Yesterday I found where you could get separate forums listed, but it seems that’s somewhere else now…
Hmm… now that I clicked off the top banner, the “categories” listing appears in that drop down again.
They may be changing this in real time and I’m just chasing my tail here, lol
