The psychology of someone who would 6 to 12 elbow someone in restraints is hard to understand.

I’m on the side of cops a lot…but there is zero reason this guy should be one. He clearly cannot control his emotions and that is skill #1. Cops run into people they’d love to punch in the face all the time, you and I would too…but you don’t do it, you have to be able to control yourself…this asshole can’t do that.
