I will always love MMA.tv. It was literallly a formative part of my young adulthood.
That being said, fuck em. I couldn’t be happier to see it as a pile of ashes after that stunt.

I was still hanging out on the OLDG because tmmac is offensive to me. The format, the mods etc.
I thought I might get the hammer so I was riding it out but I guess alta appreciates my years of staunch Jeffersonian conservativism, my covid/vaccine obstinance and my climate change denial.

I found him in the system and it says that his confirmation email failed on the recipient end.

The next major numbered UFC is the Sphere, UFC 306.
It will be interesting to measure the OnlyGround vs TMMAC activity then. To see if there has been a trend, one way, or the other.

What happenes when the jig is up and the shell game Alta is playing is over? Their bankruptcy is inevitable. I have to believe the UG will be abandoned and maybe the IP will go for pennies on the dollar. But will anyone buy it? It seems like it’s never going to be a money maker.

Agreed, but it went like this.
(1) Alta fucks the UG
(2) TMMAC already had a small established base there
(3) UG-ers immediately flee to TMMAC
(4) Half the people think TMMAC is a bad, old, forum.
(5) Half the people think the forum is fine.
(6) Onkiage creatively, with will, sets up a new UG, with the better, more familiar, forum software.
(7) Half the people say; ‘Great! Thank you Onikage’.
(8) Half the people say; ‘Meh, I like it here, on TMMAC’.
(9) Now the people are split.
(10) Will they stay split, or will they trend, one way, or the other?
