Yeah, put at least some 2-3-4 millions more in expenses and upkeep in the next 5 years. Still, even if he sells it later at a significant lost for a āmeagerā 8-10 million, itās not like heād be broke. Much better idea than fucking gold watches and sports cars.
So even if this turns into a bad investment, he still comes out with some serious money at the end, and gets to enjoy it till then. Not as dumb as most people make it out to be IMO.
