Bild has published a leaked list of weapons Ukraine is demanding from Germany, worth several billion euros. Ukrainian military planners submitted the list directly to German government officials.
The requested aid is split into three main categories:

I would say both Ukraine and Russia are FAR ahead of the US in terms of actual combat-worthy drone production and development and fielding.
Basically anything the US has that isn’t some type of large connected ISR platform or that launches long range standoff weapons, that’s meant for combat and helping warfighters, is expensive trash.

I mentioned before and say again, a lot of the MIC continues to shit their pants as inexpensive, quickly-evolving drone warfare continues to obliterate a lot of the justifications for either upgrades/revisions, or for entire weapons / vehicle systems, and generals and admirals are at a crossroads facing the obsolescence of a lot of strategy that was taken as gospel.
Meanwhile the same dummies are shitcanning the A10 through intentional neglect to feed F35 budget, to yield an aircraft that will do practially nothing to help in the CAS role that existing fixed and rotary wing assets can do, and do better. I cite that as example. Fundamental utility and fieldability trumps fancy solutions.
Same for drones. The US MIC isn’t into doing high volume, low margin, quickly fielded output which is exactly what kamikaze drones are. Cheap and affordable is completely counter to what keeps LM and others in business.
A lot of the west and especially the US’ defense industry is in love with tech but forgets the fundamentals in the process.
